Pest Control Programs for a Building Under Construction:

A building under construction, at the dried in stage (before the windows go in)
is ready for the stud wall to be sprayed with borates
to provide permanent termite control.
We work with architects and builders to provide this service at the proper time.

Programs for Log Homes:
Protect unfinished wood by spraying with boric acid. If there is a finish on the wood it must be removed. It then can be tinted and/or have a protective coating on the borate treated wood. This will protect against termites, borers, wood rot fungus and carpenter ants. Wood treated with borates is protected as long the wood is in use and it is not exposed to running water.
